BACKGROUND Yahoo was in need of change. The My Yahoo property had become stagnate with dropping engagement. There was also the desire to have functionality that allowed partners to add content through Yahoo’s syndicated “Open Modules”.
Partner and broadband registration was simplified from a multi-stepped process to a four step sequence with a start-to-stop goal of ninety seconds.
